Super Nutty Muesli

Here is another one of my metabolic efficient recipes. Perhaps I shouldn't call it muesli since there are no oats in it at all.

It's really easy to make, It'll take you no more than 15/20min.

Ingredients are:

200g Pine Nuts
200g Hazelnuts
150g Pumpkin Seeds
150g Goji Berries
150g Walnuts
200g Almonds
200g Brazil Nuts
100g Cashew Nuts
150g Desiccated or Shredded Coconut

Mix all the the contents on a large bowl, however the larger nuts (Almonds, Brazils, Walnut and Cashew nuts) need to be chopped, you can either use a food processor or a small knife.

Store it in an airtight container and should last you a long time (or not).

This muesli goes down really well at breakfast served with full fat Greek yogurt and some fresh blueberries and strawberries. You can vary the recipe to your taste with different nuts and fruit and even add a bit of oats if you require more carbs.

This recipe roughly has 567 calories for 100g with 45g fat, 25g carbs and 16g protein.
